Why I’m torn on this

Great view from my room really added excitement to the experience,, and the casino access keeps the fun going.

Disappointingly rude staff interactions left a sour taste, and the noisy Fremont Street nearby made it challenging to relax.

Comfortable Stay at Plaza Hotel & Casino 😍

I loved the spacious Deluxe Room with direct TV, mini fridge, and a great bathroom setup! The friendly staff and easy check-in enhanced our experience. Ideal location for Fremont Street fun! 👍

Breakfast offerings could benefit from more protein options.

The north tower rooms were blissfully quiet, just what our family needed after all that excitement. The Mexican food in the food court was surprisingly tasty, and getting a cab was a breeze thanks to the welcoming staff.

However, the air conditioning unit blasted like a jet engine, definitely not soothing for our ears! I half-expected to find a disco ball spinning every time it turned on.

I was thrilled with the easy walk to Fremont Street and enjoyed great food options around the hotel, making my stay both exciting and convenient. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable, spacious rooms despite the occasional noise from nearby events, but the busy reception staff could improve their customer service to make check-ins smoother.

Cleaning inconsistencies need addressing!!! Flooded bathrooms indicate poor maintenance, while excessive noise from Fremont Street hampered sleep quality, making improvements essential for a better experience!!!

The room was comfortable, but the elevator service was frustratingly slow.

The location felt like a jackpot win at the slots, right at the edge of Fremont Street! The pool area was a delightful escape—like a mini-vacation without leaving the hotel. The staff seemed as eager as a puppy begging for a treat, always ready to help with a smile.

Convenient location, comfortable amenities, great value. the outdoor swimming pool was a nice escape after a day exploring downtown, and the complimentary Wi-Fi made it easy to plan our next adventures.

I stayed in a luxurious Luxe room that was impressively clean and modern. The tile shower and comfortable bed made my stay delightful. Additionally, the front desk staff were amazing with their warm welcome, making check-in a breeze. The presence of an Alexa assistant was a fun touch for setting reminders and playing music. The location is also quite convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby! 😊

The Plaza Hotel & Casino featured a wonderful blend of modern decor with vintage touches, creating a warm atmosphere. The accessibility options, such as ramps and spacious walkways, made it easy for me and my fellow guests to navigate.

More seating areas for relaxation would be beneficial.

Had a proper laugh at the bingo, the staff were like mates—beyond friendly! But the number of dodgy folks around the elevator was a bit of a downer. Location’s spot on, right near all the buzz of Fremont!
